Q: WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?
A: Check In is from 3pm onwards, however should you require early check in please contact the hotel directly.
Q: CAN I AVAIL OF LATE CHECK OUT?
A: Check out is 12 noon, however should you require late check out please contact the hotel directly.
Q: IS THE HOTEL ACCESSIBLE?
A: The hotel is wheelchair friendly with fully accessible rooms available. Please contact us on info.blanch@carlton.ie to discuss any special requirements.
Q: ARE BABIES COTS AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, these are free of charge and available on request.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT AMEX?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: IS THERE CAR PARKING ON SITE?
A: Yes, there is complimentary car parking on site with 600 car parking spaces.
Q: IS THERE WIFI?
A: Yes, there is free Wifi throughout the hotel.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR BEDROOM CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of arrival (unless stated otherwise in your booking's Terms & Conditions).
Q: WHERE CAN WE DINE IN THE HOTEL?
A: Our Urban Kitchen Restaurant serves Breakfast from 6.30am -10.00am (8.00am - 11.00am at weekends), Lunch from 12.30pm -2.00pm and Dinner from 6.30pm - 9.00pm. Our Hourglass Bar serves food from 12.30pm.
Q: IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL NEARBY?
A: Yes, there is a swimming pool located in the National Aquatic Centre, which is located only a five minute drive from the hotel.
Q: IS THERE A GYM/FITNESS SUITE IN THE HOTEL?
A: Yes, we have a fitness suite located on the first floor of the hotel, which is free of charge to all our guests.
Q: IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT THAT OPERATE FROM THE HOTEL TO DUBLIN CITY CENTRE?
A: Yes, there is a public bus service bus stop, number 40D, directly in front of the hotel. This bus travels from outside the hotel and goes directly into Parnell Street which is located at the top of O'Connell Street. Ticket price is €2.60 per person per journey and exact change is needed - please ask at reception if this is needed.
