Myself and Keith had our wedding with you on the 10th of July 2021 and we just wanted to say a huge thank you to both yourself, Mary and your team for all you've done. We had a fantastic and enjoyable day and you and your team have guided us through it effortlessly. You and your team absolutely exceeded any expectations we might have had. You looked after us and our guests so well from arrival, to check out, we enjoyed every second and even got our room upgraded to bridal suite. Any requests we have made was no bother and you have made us feel extra special. The whole experience was so enjoyable and stress free. The service and food for our pre wedding dinner and on the wedding day itself was amazing, so big thank you to everyone!

We wouldn’t have been able to have the day we had without the team at Carlton Hotel so please pass on our thanks and appreciation to everyone.

'A short note to thank you all very much for making our 50th Wedding Anniversary last week a truly wonderful and memorable experience. Mary looked after us so well on the day and all in our group were highly impressed with the hotel, the food and the team.

I know it involves great teamwork from chef, kitchen staff, bar staff, and probably more, but all I can say is that you have a wonderful team in place and I wish the Carlton well in the recovery process going forward.

Again, many thanks, from John and myself. We will be looking at the photos for some time to come.'
